摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin material having such properties that the resin material is free from generation of toxic gas during burning or bleed-out of a flame retardant, and that even when a great amount of an inorganic flame retardant is compounded to sufficiently increase the flame retardancy of the thermoplastic resin, the resin material has excellent flexibility and elongation characteristics as well as high flame retardancy while maintaining excellent mechanical performances of the resin (such as wear resistance, heat resistance, and whitening resistance), and to provide a flame-retardant molding using the resin material. <P>SOLUTION: A flame-retardant resin composition is provided, prepared by compounding, based on 100 pts.wt. of a resin component comprising 5 to 95 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer component (A) produced in a single site catalyst process, 4 to 70 wt.% of an ethylene polymer component (B) selected from ethylene-&alpha;-&beta;-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester copolymer (B1) and an ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer (B2), and 0 to 25 wt.% of a functional group-containing olefin polymer component (C), 3 to 300 pts.wt. of a flame retardant component (D).
