<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a mobile station connectable with a communication network so as to be selected in a communication connection. <P>SOLUTION: The device (24), which is used for the mobile station (10) connectable with the communication network so as to be selected in the communication connection, is equipped with a signal performance metrics reference identifier (28) which is adapted to receive a display of a received signal transmitted by the communication network in at least a first time term, a change-rate calculator (42) which is adapted to receive an expression of the display received by the signal performance metrics reference identifier (28), an average calculator (34) which is adapted to receive a value expressing the display received by the signal performance metris reference identifier (28), and a connection approver (38) which is adapted to receive the display of calculation made by the change-rate calculator (42) and average calculator (34). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
