<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission element which can effectively emit a stable electron in a vacuum and the atmosphere in a simple manufacturing process and can restrain generation of toxic substances such as ozone and NOx. <P>SOLUTION: In the electron emission element where a first conductive member and a second conductive member are formed to face each other and an electron is emitted by applying voltage between the conductive members, the electron emission element has an insulating member and insulated film nanoparticles in a three-dimensional space between the conductive members at approximate uniformity, and the insulated film nanoparticles are formed on the insulating member at the approximate uniformity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
