PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that imaged data before/after a time when a user determines an imaging timing without specializing a purpose are not recorded concerning an imaging system where an imaging apparatus is separated from a display. SOLUTION: In a normal state, a data transmission control part 203 inside the first buffer 111 of the imaging apparatus performs control to store the imaged data in a normal recording buffer 201. When a recording operation is received from a user for a fixed time, the storage destination of the imaged data is switched from the normal recording buffer 201 to a temporary recording buffer 202 only for the fixed time. A data transmission control part 203 takes out the imaged data before fixed time from the time when the recording operation is received for the fixed time among the imaged data stored in the normal recording buffer 201, and also takes out the imaged data stored in the temporary recording buffer 202, as the data to be transmitted to the display.
