PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery guide for food and drink which enables many large-sized seat numbers to be displayed, in spite of a simple structure and reliably notifies a seated customer of delivery of food and drink ordered by the customer. SOLUTION: The delivery guide including a circulating delivery passage for delivering food and drink to seats in a store, includes an outer cylinder 6, an intermediate cylinder 7 disposed so as to rotate relative to the outer cylinder, and an inner cylinder 8 disposed so as to rotate relative to the intermediate cylinder 7. The outer cylinder 6 is provided with a window 61, and is configured such that the intermediate cylinder 7 is rotated relative to the outer cylinder 6 to selectively switch an upper and lower openings from each other so that one of the openings is positioned opposite to the window 61. The inner cylinder 8 has two upper and lower stages of the seat numbers circumferentially positioned at a position corresponding to the openings, and the inner cylinder 8 is rotated relative to the intermediate cylinder 7 so that one of the plurality of seat numbers is displayed in one of the openings at a position corresponding to the window.
