PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizing apparatus with a fan which can efficiently sterilize and purify air. SOLUTION: The sterilizing apparatus with the fan includes: a case 10 which is constituted by arranging an internal cylindrical section 40 in an external cylindrical section 20 through a gap serving as an air introduction passage 30, and installing an upper case section 100 which covers the upper part of the external cylindrical section 20, and on the upper surface and the side surface of which an air inlet 120 is installed; and the fan 140 which is arranged at the upper part of the internal cylindrical section 40 in the case 10, and blows air in the internal cylindrical section 40 downward. On the inner peripheral surface of the internal cylindrical section 40, air deflecting plates 80 in the vertical direction which protrude to the center of the internal cylindrical section 40 are installed. In the internal cylindrical section 40, a sterilizing apparatus 200 which feeds active hydrogen and an oxygen ion into the air which flows from the upper side to the lower side in the internal cylindrical section 40 is installed. An air introduction port 43 which feeds the air introduced from the lower opening 33 of the air introduction passage 30 directly to the discharge side of the fan 140 is installed between the upper opening 31 of the air introduction passage 30 of the case 10 and the external wall 147 of the fan 140.
