PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by preventing leakage of lubricant oil stored in a transplanting transmission case when adjusting a tension of a chain tightener according to the elongation of a transmission chain installed in the transplanting transmission case. SOLUTION: When installing the chain tightener 31, 51 in the loose side of the transmission chain 29 constituting a chain transmission mechanism 28 installed in the transplanting transmission case 24, a riding-type rice transplanter is provided with: an action part 33 acting on the chain tightener 31, 51; an adjusting part 34 for adjusting the action position of the action part 33 from the upper-surface C side of the transplanting transmission case 24; and a chain tightener-supporting tool 32 obtained by extending a connecting part 35 for connecting the action part 33 to the adjusting part 34 in the transplanting transmission case 24.
