PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic composition from which the powerful itching improvement effect is acquired from immediately after the instillation of drop. SOLUTION: The ophthalmic composition includes: at least one allergic disease therapeutic agent chosen from among amlexanox, tranilast, pemirolast potassium and fumaric acid ketotifen; an antihistamine, and terpenoids.
