PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe preventing deviation or falling of a hand finger from a predetermined position and to hardly give the feeling of pain and discomfort to a subject despite the thickness of the hand finger of the subject. SOLUTION: This biological information measuring probe A includes a pair of housings 1 and 2, a connecting section 3 openably/closably connecting the pair of housings 1 and 2, and a spring 4 disposed inside the housing 2, wherein the spring 4 is configured to reduce a spring constant by increasing the number of windings and suppress a variation in the capacity of the spring 4 due to the amount of displacement.
