ROLLING-UP MECHANISM OF CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINE

A rolling-up mechanism of circular knitting machine comprises a mechanism for automated control of torque equipped with con-rod. Executive mechanism includes friction variable-speed drive with drive and driven conical rollers, intermediate cylindrical roller and axis of variable-speed drive, vertical shaft and conical toothed gearing. The drive conical roller is installed on vertical shaft and is kinematically connected through intermediate cylindrical roller installed on axis of variable-speed drive with possibility of lengthwise displacement to the driven conical roller that is rigidly installed on the additional vertical shaft that is connected to shaft by means of bevel gear. The piston-rod is kinematically connected to lever and intermediate cylindrical roller.
