<p>Provided is a communication circuit (10) that is connected to multiple function blocks (A, B), which conduct processing based on a first clock-signal, and that mediates communication between the function blocks (A, B). This communication circuit (10) is also provided with N pieces of communication means, assuming N to be a positive integer, having the same data width as communication data outputted by the function blocks; and each of the N pieces of communication means will conduct communication processing based on N pieces of second clock-signals, which are prescribed by 1/N the frequency of the first clock-signal, correspond to each of the N pieces of communication means, and have a phase difference of 360/N degrees from each other. This will make it possible to provide a communication circuit between the function blocks, wherein a small amount of hardware and power consumption is necessary, the designing of the timing thereof is easy, and the communication latency thereof is small.</p> |
