<p>Provided is a sealed container which can maintain the high degree of sealing for an extended period of time. A rib (6) which forms a gap (3f) relative to the inner peripheral surface (3e) of a cap (3) and protrudes in an annular shape is provided at the edge of the inner bottom surface (3a) of the cap (3). A wall section (2d) which surrounds the opening of the container body (2) is adapted to be inserted into the gap (3f), and the rib (6) is tilted relative to a plane perpendicular to the inner bottom surface (3a) of the cap (3) so as to press the inner peripheral surface (2f) of the wall section (2d) from the inner side to the outer side. When the wall section (2d) is inserted into the gap (3f), the container body (2) and the cap (3) are engaged with each other with a second protrusion (12), which is provided to a screw thread groove (5), having ridden over a screw thread ridge (4).</p> |
