<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polymer porous electret, having high piezoelectric performance, that prevents surface deterioration upon electric charge injection after formation of conductive layers by preventing the piezoelectric performance from deteriorating during the formation of the conductive layers. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the high polymer porous electret is characterized by injecting electric charges after forming the conductive layers on a top surface and a reverse surface of an object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
