<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method of manufacturing a melt product excellent in the suppression of the emission of a carbon dioxide and thermal efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The device 1 for manufacturing the melt product includes: an oxyhydrogen manufacturing device 4 for manufacturing oxyhydrogen OH; a heating furnace 2 for bringing a supplied material R into contact with flames generated by burning the oxyhydrogen OH from the oxyhydrogen manufacturing device 4 to melt the material R; and a power generating device 11 generating electric power by using the exhaust gas of the heating furnace 2 and supplying the generated electric power to the oxyhydrogen manufacturing device 4. The power generating device 11 can generate electric power by using exhaust gas G1 discharged from a high-temperature region 2H at the melt outlet side of the heating furnace 2, and the heating furnace 2 can include a partition wall 2e provided between the high-temperature region 2H at the melt outlet side and a low-temperature region 2L at the material inlet side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
