<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control apparatus that can use a Peltier device as a fuse, and prevents misoperation or mulfunction due to high heat generation of a controlled object. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control apparatus 100 has: a power supply unit 9 for supplying a controlled object 3 with power; and a Peltier device 1 which is connected in series to the controlled object 3, is provided in contact with the controlled object 3, and performs temperature control of the controlled object 3 by a current supplied for the controlled object 3 from the power supply unit 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
