<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: On a receiving screen P which receives an instruction from a user, a start button B1 is placed in a position T touched by a user on a touch panel, and function setting buttons B2 are arranged around the start button B1.
