<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment to carbonize fallen trees, thinned woods and bamboo treated in large amounts by forest management, etc., in order to effectively utilize them as resources of feed for livestock, soil improvement, water purification, etc., and produce a homogeneous carbonized material in large amounts at low cost; and to provide a method to effectively utilize the same. <P>SOLUTION: The carbonized material-producing furnace is formed as a charcoal furnace in a pool shape wherein a fire hole and the ceiling for covering the furnace are excluded, which are essential in conventional carbonized material-producing furnaces for producing the carbonized material in large amounts by utilizing a general-purpose operating machine, and a raw material for carbonization in the furnace is pressed from the upper part to form the raw material for carbonization as a pressed body and a carbonized material-producing objective place is blocked from the outside air to produce the carbonized material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
