<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static mixer in which the inside wall surface of a cylindrical member and the outer surfaces of mixing blade members are joined without gap and the inside surface of the cylindrical member and the surfaces of the mixing blades are smooth and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The mixing blade members 14 and 15 have an outer surface 20 being opposite to the inside wall surface 18 of the cylindrical member 12 and spiral and longitudinal and a recessed groove 22 formed along the longitudinal direction of the outer surface 20. A solder 24 filled, together with metal particles 25, in the recessed groove 22 and molten penetrates gap s between the inside wall surface 18 and the outer surface 20 and is soldered to the inside wall surface 18, and excessive solder unnecessary to fill the gap s is thus stored between the metal particles 25 in the recessed groove 22. Even when the amount of a solder agent, or solder paste, applied varies, the inside wall surface 18 and the outer surface 20 are joined without gap, and there is provided a static mixer 10 whose surfaces of the inside surface of the cylindrical member 12 and surfaces of the mixing blade members 14 and 15 to be brought into contact with a passing fluid are smooth. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
