PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy storage device capable of simplifying the wiring of circuits uniformizing voltage in a plurality of power storage elements. SOLUTION: The plurality of power storage elements (11) include positive and negative electrode terminals (11a), (11b) at both the edges in a prescribed direction. The plurality of power storage elements (11) are disposed side by side so that both the edges are positioned in nearly the same surface while being connected in series. Then, a first resistive element (40) is connected in parallel with a first element group comprising 2n (n is an integer hereinafter) power storage elements connected in series. Also, a second resistive element (40) is connected in parallel with a second element group which comprises 2n power storage elements connected in series.
