PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent camber deformation in a vertical wall part as much as possible in a method for molding a foam resin molded product using a molding method of adjusting a molding clearance of a molding die between an injection filling process and a foam molding process of a foam resin material. SOLUTION: A trim upper (the foam resin molded product) 20 in a luggage side trim 10 is molded by injection-filling the foam resin material M in a cavity C1 for a general part and a cavity C2 for a vertical wall part partitioned by a movable side die 50 and a fixed side die 60, then performing the die opening operation of the movable side die 50, and securing a foaming space S to perform foaming reaction. At this time, a deep pattern 64 for restraining deformation is provided indented on an outside wall surface 60a of the fixed side die 60 facing the cavity C2 for the vertical wall, and when the movable side die 50 is opened, the sucking action of both a drawn pattern 52 of the movable side die 50 and a drawn pattern 64 for restraining deformation of the fixed side die 60 prevents distortion stress causing the camber deformation, from being applied to the vertical wall part 24 of the trim upper 20.
