PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably maintain basic characteristics such as vibration and impact characteristics without reducing a displacement stroke of an actuator. SOLUTION: When a piezoelectric element 23 is mounted on a suspension 11 body, a circumferential edge 41, which faces a circumferential side surface 23c of the piezoelectric element 23, and a bottom receiver 43, which protrudes inward from an opening 21 provided in an actuator base 18 to faces the bottom surface 23b of the piezoelectric element 23, are provided in the opening 21 concerned. Spaces formed by the piezoelectric element 23, the circumferential edge 41 and the bottom receiver 43 are each filled with a nonconductive adhesive 47 to mount the piezoelectric element 23 on the opening 21. Then, a clearance part 50 is formed nearly at a central part on an outer side of the opening 21 provided in the actuator base 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
