PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compact portable electronic equipment whose display contents and shape of a keypad are easily changed, thus achieving easy use. SOLUTION: The portable electronic equipment includes: electronic paper 2 which can display a keypad; a frame part 3 supporting the electronic paper 2; and a detection part 4 which detects pressing of a keypad portion 5 of the electronic paper 2. The frame part 3 includes a number of support bodies 11. The support body 11 which can move between a projection position P1 where moving in the pressing down direction of the electronic paper 2 is restricted and a storage position P2 which is moved backward in the pressing down direction. The portable electronic equipment includes a driving device 12 which positions the support body 11 at the position corresponding to a frame portion 6 of the keypad 5 to the projection position P1 among the number of support bodies 11 and which positions the support body 11 at the position corresponding to the keypad 5 at the storage position P2.
