PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conditional expression evaluating device with a small amount of calculation, and to provide a conditional expression evaluation program and a conditional expression evaluation method. SOLUTION: The conditional expression evaluating device for evaluating a plurality of N-1th item conditional expressions includes an authenticity-determining means for determining authenticity by each item of N-th item conditional expression; a partial logical product calculating means for generating a plurality of partial conditional expressions, obtained by deleting a plurality of items from the N-th item conditional expression, applying the data string of authenticity determination results, corresponding to the items to the items of the partial conditional expressions, and calculating the data string of the partial logical product result of each partial conditional expression; a conditional expression evaluating means for combining the data string of the partial logical product results of the partial conditional expressions, including the items, other than the deleted item with the data string of the authenticity determination results, corresponding to the items other than the item, and calculating the data string of the logical product results of the N-1th item conditional expressions; and an evaluation result output means for outputting the data string of the logical product results of the N-1th item conditional expressions.
