PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit operable at a low voltage, with less leak current when output current is shut off. SOLUTION: A current mirror unit 10C in the constant current circuit 10 is connected to a load circuit 6, and controls current in the load circuit 6 based on reference current supplied. A semiconductor switching unit 10S is placed between the current mirror unit 10C and a ground electrode, and shuts off reference current supplied to the current mirror unit 10C and current in the load circuit 6, respectively.
