PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic sensor device for a pneumatic fender for acquiring frequently close to real time, an air pressure value inside the pneumatic fender at an arrival time at a shore or during aboardage by suppressing consumption of a battery under normal conditions, and to provide the pneumatic fender including the pneumatic sensor device. SOLUTION: The value of an internal air pressure detected by a pneumatic sensor 11 is compared with a threshold. When the detected value is smaller than the threshold, information including the detected value is transmitted with a transmission interval time t1, and when the detected value is larger than the threshold, the information including the detected value is transmitted with a transmission interval time t2 which is smaller than the 1/10 time of the transmission interval time t1. Further, in the pneumatic sensor device, the transmission time interval is changed into the time t1, when a time t3 which is longer than the time t1 has elapsed from a time when the transmission interval time is changed from the time t1 to the time t2.
