PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a solar heat cooker or water heater, wherein there are problems of expense, space and labor of installation, inconvenience of carrying, labor in adjustment in the solar orbit, safety, and strength, and circulation in advanced countries is not advancing, since convenient electronic cookers are abundant, in particular, with regard to the solar heat cooker. SOLUTION: A whole top face of the cooker is made of a multilayer type heat-insulating window, which is sealed so as to fit to a highly heat insulating container, and a container inner face is used as an absorber of solar heat. Normally, a photoreception amount of the container inner face is increased by widening the area of the window with a high heat radiation amount, and heat insulation is improved, by providing a multilayer structure in the window instead, thereby, a heat generation amount exceeds the heat radiation amount. Even though it has a very simple structure, the cooker enables not only to provide heat storage of high efficiency even during winter, it does not require conventional light-condensing or adjustment to the solar orbit, thereby the labor and hazard of burn or fire are eliminated; and sufficient strength and miniaturization are attained. Realistically speaking, production is possible at low cost which is unparalleled by conventional products, and this can contribute to the circulation of commodity using natural energy, to common households.
