PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release a lock of an igniter with sufficient convenience. SOLUTION: When an ECU 5 provides a plurality of pulse signals with a duty ratio lower than a predetermined duty ratio as a release signal to an igniter 2, the latch circuit 15 of a lock prevention circuit 8 stops providing blocking signals to a shield circuit 12b to release a locked state. Thereby, the driver main circuit 12a resumes an energization to an IGBT 13. Therefore, a fail detection circuit 10, when performing ON-energization to the IGBT 13, outputs a fail signal IGf depending on the energization current to the ECU 5. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
