PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member storing box with a luminaire, which has improved visibility for the night, hardly causes breakage of a luminaire, attains high power efficiency, and is reusable. SOLUTION: The storing box includes: a lighting part, in which a surface mounting LED (light emitting diode) is included in a partition plate of a storing container storing small parts and both the light emitted from the front and the light emitted from the rear face are utilized, and the emitted light is accumulated in a light accumulation material; and a lighting part, in which a LED board or a cold-cathode tube is inserted in the interior of a translucent pipe integrated with a container for lighting the interior of the storing container at the lower part of the box and the emitted light is accumulated in a light accumulation material. The luminaire is protected, and light emission of electric energy and light emission of accumulated light energy are time-shared controlled to heighten the power efficiency.
