PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device which selects a proper one of services providing functions of other devices, and uses the function, in executing a workflow. SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) is set to disclose some functions when a work flow is set (S11). A service providing device searches the workflow including a function set to be disclosed on a network (S51), and requests content and conditions of the disclosed functions to the MFP as the workflow information. It compares and analyzes the information from the MFP and a function of the service providing device (S53). If the corresponding function is included, the function characteristics or sales promotion information are transmitted to the MFP as entry information (S55, 57). If the MFP is instructed to execute the workflow (S17), a service is presented to the MFP based on the entry information (S19), and a service to be used is selected (S21).
