PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler holding device surely maintaining a pair of couplers connected in a communicated state with each other during washing and sterilizing in a target mounting form in order to satisfy the clealiness of a higher level. SOLUTION: In the coupler holding device for holding a pair of couplers provided with a sliding part for attachment and detachment to/from an opposite member, connected to a dialyzer during dialysis and connected in the communicated state with each other during washing and sterilizing in the connected state, the coupler holding device in a hemodialyzer is provided with a suppressing mechanism for suppressing the movement in the sliding direction of the sliding part of the coupler.
