PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more comfortable and user friendly seat heater. SOLUTION: This device includes: a heater 8 for warming; a temperature detecting element 6 detecting a temperature of a seat wired with the heater for warming; an energization control element 7 switching on/off the energization of the heater for warming; a temperature control circuit section 3 controlling the switch on/off of the energization control element based on the temperature detected by the temperature detecting element; and the timer circuit section 4 using a capacitor 13 and a resistor 14. Temperature control level of the temperature control circuit section is switched after a predetermined time elapses after the start of energization, thereby providing the seat heater that controls temperature more comfortably, is inexpensive, and has good operability.
