A method for improvement of thermoelectric properties of lead telluride nanostructures includes a mode of open evaporation under vacuum. The initial substance is evaporated from pre-synthesized compound PbTe at the temperature of sample evaporation, deposited on polyamide substrate within particular time. The produced nanostructured materials are held at air within particular time.
