The invention relates to an immunologic composition comprising four distinct purified capsular polysaccharide-protein conjugates that are separately prepared, wherein each conjugate comprises an effective amount of purified capsular polysaccharide from Neisseria meningitidis serogroups W-135 or Y, A, C conjugated by an adipic acid dihydrazide linker to the diphtheria toxoid protein, and where the said immunologic composition is capable to elicit an immune response in humans against one or several of the said polysaccharides. |
