The method involves connecting device components with each other by a transmission network. The device components are coupled with each other for power supply by two lines (4,5). One of the lines is used additionally for energy transfer and for data transmission. The lines are coupled with the device components by using two-pole plugs. An independent claim is also included for a device for data transmission in medical-technical devices.
