<p>Disclosed is a hinge apparatus provided with: a first bracket member and a second bracket member (1, 2) that are affixed to a first and a second side of an open/close member of a foldable open/close device; an axis member (3) that rotatably connects the first and second bracket members (1, 2); an elastic means (4); spacer members (5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D, 5E, 50) that are mounted on the axis member and compressed by the elastic means; and a pair of concave-convex cam members (6; 6A, 6B, 18b). Of the spacer members and the pair of concave-convex cam members that are affixed to the axis member, the rotational members that are adjacent to either one or both surfaces of a vertical bracket (12, 18) of the first bracket member (1) and that rotate together with the axis member are provided with stopping members (52, 68) for stopping rotation; one or both surfaces of the vertical bracket are provided with stopping protrusions (15, 16, 18c) that can abut on the stopping members of the rotational members; and when the rotational members rotate by a given angle, the stopping members abut on the stopping protrusions, and the rotational members stop.</p> |
