A snap shot acquiring section (1310) acquires snap shots of a management object guest OS (120). A packet capture program (1330) collects packets transmitted from a client terminal device (300) to an application program (121). For a predetermined period including a period from the start of the acquisition of the snap shots to the completion of the acquisition, a block (1321) for transmitting information for checking operation transmits, to the management object guest OS (120) at regular intervals, the information for checking operation which requests a response from the management object guest OS (120) and receives the responses to the information for checking operation. On the basis of the receiving state of the response by the block (1321), a synchronizing packet detecting section (1322) identifies from among the packets collected by the packet capture program (1330) the corresponding packet which corresponds to one of the snap shots acquired by the snap shot acquiring section (1310).
