The present invention consists in an easy method where the optimum reaction conditions are established for the obtention of biofuels from biomass in general, especially from orange, nut, residues of cane, textiles and further organic wastes. The process involves biomass conditions previous the pyrolysis reaction by which biofuels are obtained, as well as the specification of some parameters such as pressure, temperature, carrier gas, amongst others, and the description of the process by which bio oils are collected, this latter process comprising a condensing step performed under predetermined conditions.
