<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control device of a water cooling exhaust manifold reducing load to a radiator. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature control device is adopted for the water cooling exhaust manifold 12 into which a cooling water passage 10 connected to a cylinder head is inserted.
