PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore the motion of a camera and the three-dimensional shape of an imaging object without being affected by noise, even when the noise is included in characteristic point tracking results. SOLUTION: In the camera motion-object shape restoration device 1, a measurement matrix generation unit 103 generates, based on a characteristic point extracted over all frames of a time-series image changing according to the motion of a camera 100, a measurement matrix composed of time variations of the characteristic point. A restoration repetition unit 110 performs operation for removing a noise component from the measurement matrix and calculating, based on the matrix from which the noise component is removed, a motion matrix showing the motion of the camera 100 and a shape matrix showing the three-dimensional shape of a photographic object removes a noise component from the measurement matrix, updates the measurement matrix based on the calculated motion matrix and shape matrix when the noise component does not satisfy a stop condition of the operation, and repetitively executes processing for the operation of the update measurement matrix until the stop condition is satisfied.
