PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a wind turbine is broken under a big wind pressure applied onto a wind collector in strong wind though the space between wind collectors on the windward side is widened in order to increase wind power through the collection of wind since wind power is not sufficient enough to utilize normal window for a wind turbine. SOLUTION: A repulsion means is provided to a wind collector for collecting wind, wherein normal wind has a strong force of repulsion means to rotate a wind turbine acting as a wind collector. When a repulsion means provided under strong wind is beaten in strong wind, the wind collector is rotated leeward to release the strong wind so that the wind collector is prevented from receiving a force of strong wind pressure.
