PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type engine mount improved in assembling work efficiency and assembling accuracy for preventing an increase of a dynamic spring constant in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of an inside/outer cylinder fitting. SOLUTION: The inside fitting 1 and an lower end of the outer cylinder fitting 2 around the inside fitting 1 are connected to each other in a liquid tight manner with a rubber elastic body 7 whose outer contour side face is truncated-cone shaped and which has a lining layer 11 ranging to the inner surface of the outer cylinder fitting 2. The outer cylinder fitting 2 is sealed at its upper end in a liquid tight manner with a diaphragm 10. A liquid chamber 12 where liquid is filled in a space between the diaphragm 10 and the rubber elastic body 7 in the outer cylinder fitting 2 is partitioned into a rubber elastic body side main liquid chamber 14 and a diaphragm side sub liquid chamber 15 with a partition member 13, and both the liquid chambers 14, 15 are made to communicate with each other via a restriction passage 16. In the main liquid chamber 14, either on the inner peripheral face of the lining layer 11 of the rubber elastic body 7 or around the truncated-cone shaped portion, a plurality of vane-shaped rubber protruded strips are arranged at peripheral spaces which are protruded from the center axis of the inside fitting 1 in the radial direction while extending in the direction of the center axis.
