PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain damage of a building, by reducing a fixing place to a skeleton, by reducing influence on a work process of constructing the building. SOLUTION: An upper support mechanism 10 of a tower crane includes a first receiving beam 11 fixed so as to intermediate between a pair of first permanent beams 6A and 6A arranged in an outer peripheral part of an opening part 9 and extending in the Y axis direction, a pair of interposing members 12 (12A and 12B) engaging with a second permanent beam 6B extending in the X axis direction, a second receiving beam 13 fixed on the interposing members 12A and 12B and arranged by turning the longitudinal direction in the X axis direction, and a pair of support legs 14 (14A and 14B) arranged so as to intermediate between the first receiving beam 11 and the second receiving beam 13 and locked on a mast 3.
