PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole pad configured to follow the sole which moves in the footwear, and as a result held at a predetermined portion of the sole to effectively stimulate the sole. SOLUTION: The sole pad is used by being affixed to footwear so as to make contact with the arch 20 of the sole, and the sole pad is provided with: a flat upper surface 10 making contact with the sole; and a side surface 11 for connecting the upper surface 10 and the affixing surface 13 which is affixed to the footwear. The angleθ1 formed between the affixing surface 13 and the side surface 11 is substantially a right angle or greater. The front edge 2 and the rear edge 3 of the pad 1 are formed in a circular arc shape in a plan view, and the curvature radius R2 of the rear edge 3 is set to be less than the curvature radius R1 of the front edge 2. A side edge 5 which makes contact with the arch 20 at a position on the outer side, relative to the foot, of the sole is composed of two curved sections 5A, 5B having a protruding shape in the plan view, and the two curved sections 5A, 5B are connected in a substantially V-shape to form a cutout 6 having an opening which faces the inner side of the foot.
