摘要 Provided is a molded object having a gas-barrier layer constituted of a material comprising oxygen atoms, carbon atoms, and silicon atoms, wherein the gas-barrier layer has a region in which the concentration of oxygen atoms and the concentration of carbon atoms in the layer gradually decrease and gradually increase, respectively, from the surface in the depth direction, the region including a partial region having a concentration of oxygen atoms of 20-55%, a concentration of carbon atoms of 25-70%, and a concentration of silicon atoms of 5-20% with respect to the total amount of the oxygen atoms, carbon atoms, and silicon atoms and a partial region having a concentration of oxygen atoms of 1-15%, a concentration of carbon atoms of 72-87%, and a concentration of silicon atoms of 7-18%. Also provided are: a molded object having a gas-barrier layer obtained by injecting ions into a layer containing a polysilane compound; a process for producing the molded object; a member for electronic devices which comprises the molded object; and an electronic device equipped with the member for electronic devices. The molded object has excellent gas-barrier properties, flexing resistance, adhesion, and surface smoothness.
