A device for energy and information impact onto the biological object contain the frame construction made of the rods and the system of the emitters. The frame is made of the amorphous material in the shape of the inclined rods at the angle of 45-65° that are connected at the top and at the bottom with the aid of the rings. On the side surface of the frame construction, the emitters designed as the plates are mounted. The surface of the emitters is made of the crystalline material.
