<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution improving operation responsiveness of a horn switch provided on a steering wheel and increasing freedom of folding method of a folded/stored airbag body. <P>SOLUTION: In the steering wheel 10, an airbag device 20 and the horn switch 30 are assembled to the steering wheel body 11. The airbag device 20 includes a support member 21 assembled to the steering wheel body 11; an inflator 22 assembled to the support member 21; the airbag body 23; a protect cloth 24; and a pad cover 25. The horn switch 30 is constituted such that contacts (31, 32) are brought into contact with each other by pressing the pad cover 25 in the state in which the airbag body 23 is folded and stored.
