DEVICE, SYSTEM, METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR CONTROLLING DNS RESPONSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a system required when a DNS query request is processed while improving security.

SOLUTION: A DNS forwarder device controls a header of a DNS query response acquired from a DNS authority server device so that a DNS forwarding server may cache the content of the DNS query response. Specifically, when the DNS query response received from the DNS authority server device is the response with authority, the content of the DNS query request is cached, and information showing that the DNS query request is the response with authority is set in a prescribed field provided at a header part of the DNS query response.
