PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in infrared absorptivity of a solar heat collecting structure, erosion in a high-temperature atmospheric environment, shortening of a device lifetime, and inter-layer peeling due to thermal stress of an interface in a high-temperature difference cycle environment; and to efficiently supply an infrared wavelength range of irradiation and absorption to a thermoelectric power generating element.
SOLUTION: The solar heat collector is constituted by forming a metallic base material 13 with high thermal conductivity, and an infrared absorbing film layer 14 made of non-oxide ceramics, having high absorptivity to the infrared wavelength range, on a surface of the base material, wherein an inclined layer 15 made different in mixing ratio of the infrared absorbing film-forming material from the metal material as the base material is formed therebetween, and a cavity 16 which is deep enough to substantially reach the center part of the heat collector is provided on a solar heat irradiated surface of the heat collector.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
|
