PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporization cooling device capable of performing efficient cooling even if a heat exchange face is horizontal. SOLUTION: A cooling water supply pipe 5 is connected to a heat exchange container 1 through an automatic valve 27. Similarly, a compressed air supply pipe 12 is connected to the heat exchange container 1 through the automatic valve 16. Supply openings 24, 25 for injecting cooling fluid upward are formed at an end face at a heat exchange container 1 side of the supply pipes 5, 12. The heat exchange face 2 is disposed on a top face of the heat exchange container 1. A suction means 6 is connected to a lower end of the heat exchange container 1 through a steam trap 4 and an opening/closing valve 9. Since the cooling water and the compressed air are alternately injected to the heat exchange face 2 from the nozzles 24, 25, cooling efficiency can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
