PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a surrounding heat environment by providing a road structure which can draw in a wind to be circulated. SOLUTION: This branch road structure includes a first road which can run straight in at least one direction, and a second road which branches off the first road. The second road branches off the first road so that the wind can turn an advancing direction at an obtuse angle when advancing in the one direction through the first road.
